My therapy style is easy-going, casual, honest, and supportive. I strive to create an environment which supports and celebrates individualism and offers acceptance. My areas of practice include:
I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2011. I became a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in 2014.

Your insurance claim will be filed for you. You are responsible for becoming familiar with your insurance benefits, specifically your mental health benefits. Please call your insurance company to verify your mental health therapy benefits prior to your appointment.

If you prefer not to use your insurance or do not have insurance and decide to pay out-of-pocket, please contact me to discuss your options.
Contacting me is the first step! I understand it can be difficult to make the call. Please know that it is my goal to make the beginning of this process as comfortable as possible. Contact me if you are ready to move forward.
If I am unable to answer your call, please leave a message. I do not work on Mondays or Fridays and typically do not return phone calls/texts on those days. I will return your call when I am back in the office.
